Narizzano's Hat Hire

• The hired item will remain the property of Narizzano's Hat Hire at all times.
• The full hire fee is payable on booking of a hat.
• A deposit equivalent to the hire fee is payable on collection of the hat. This will be returned on receipt of the hat in the condition in which it was hired.
• Narizzano's Hat Hire reserves the right to retain the deposit plus a charge of 3 x the hire cost will be charged if the hat is returned damaged or marked in any way, this includes make-up and rain damage.
• Hats are hired per occasion. Hire periods typically last for three days or four over the weekend (Friday to Monday). Longer hire periods may be arranged for an additional fee. We can be flexible according to availability. Please ask.
• 50% hire fee is non refundable, the following 50% will be refunded for cancellations made two weeks before the hire date.  The full hire fee will be retained for cancellations less than two weeks before the hire date.
• Late return of the hat will incur a fee of £10 per day or part of a day.

To make the most of your hat here are a few tips on how to look after it:-

• Never wear your hat in the rain. Dyes can run, sinamay can lose its shape and silk will get water marks. If the weather looks uncertain then take an umbrella and if you get caught in a shower, dive for cover!
• When trying on your hat make sure your hands are clean, an expensive hat can become grubby very quickly.
• Your hat will need adjusting on your head to make it look absolutely fabulous but try to adjust it by the crown rather than the brim. It is easy to pull the brim out of shape.
• Always store and pack the hat carefully in the hat box provided with tissue paper.
